Instruction for presenters

Oral Presentation:

During the Oral Presentation, every presenter should bring his/her laptop with the slideshow presentation and the required adaptors, in order to be able to interface with our VGA projectors. In case of any technical problems we can also provide a laptop PC with Windows 8.1 OS and Office 2010.

Poster Presentation:

During the Poster Session every presenter will be provided with a poster board allowing the installation of posters of size of about 100 cm (height) by 70 cm (large), so having a vertical aspect ratio, to be mounted on stands. At least one author must remain by his/her poster board for the duration of the session.
